Handlebar Stems - A Head Stems 25.4mm & Shims.

Handlebar stems to fir bikes fitted with 25.4mm handlebars and Aheadsets. Unless other wise stared, they will be for 1 1/8 inch steering columns. They can be shimmed down to suit 1 inch steering columns.
