Deliveries in flood affected areas.

Firstly we hope that those in flooded areas will be able to get back to normal, as soon as possible. It is something I hope I never have to endure, though I think if my house is ever flooded, Noah will be back with his ark. Interlink Express have given us the following information on deliveries.

Flooding Impacts Delivery Services! Severe flooding in the North West will affect our delivery services in the Preston and Carlisle areas today. All parcels in the impacted areas will still go out for delivery today, but we expect restricted access for our vehicles in certain postcodes which could lead to delivery delays. The following postcodes will see restricted access: LA1-23 CA1 (Carlisle Town Centre) CA12 CA13 CA16-17 TD1-9 DG13-14 We will do everything possible to attempt parcel delivery today, but under these circumstances it is likely that some parcels will be subject to a delay of 24 hours.
