An accurate way to check for wear of roller and pin on chains.
1% of wear is enough to affect chainrings and sprockets, and allow shifting performance to deteriorate.
Just insert the pins of the Checker into two links, press the swing arm gauge & check the gauge window for an accurate reading.
If the bike has stood for any time, ride a short distance before checking the chain. This ensures the chain is loosened up.
Reads wear from 0.25% to 1%.
12 -speed compatible (NB 11 & 12 speed chains to be replaced at 0.5!)
